“The scars you share become lighthouses for other people headed to the same rocks that you hit.” – Jon Acuff
We all have scars. Instead of hiding yours, let them be an example of God’s faithfulness in your life. The Bible is full of imperfect people who God has healed, restored and blessed. God uses imperfect people as an example to those who may be dealing with similar things. Right now, someone is going through what you’ve been through, and will see your scars as a sign of strength, encouragement and God’s unfailing love. Don’t hide – let your scars speak for what God has done in your life!
“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.” – Matthew 5:14
