Friction is necessary for formation.

Friction is necessary for formation. You need challenging experiences and difficult people to develop the gifts and graces God has inside of you.

Friction is necessary formation
All of us need relationships with people who will challenge us, encourage us and even rub us the wrong way. God is using all the different individuals in our life to form inside of us the things that he needs formed. Often times, the people who cause the most friction are the ones God is using to get us ready for new season or a new level in our life. Instead of complaining about the challenging relationships, embrace them because God is probably using them to develop you into a stronger person.

“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” – Proverbs 27:17
